Flash may play in al browsers (except for some mobile browsers), but users need to install a plug-in first before they can see your flash website. It means that if an Internet user chooses not to install a flash plug-in, he or she could not view your flash website.Some of the popular browsers include Internet Explorer, Mozilla, Opera and Google Chrome. If you have a flash website that you want others to seem they need to install first a plug-in.
Flash websites are sometimes used as portfolio sites or business sites. If your user is not interested on flash plug ins, you might have a problem in showing them what you have.
You have the option to come up with a website that is cross-browser compatible. Apparently, it means that website could run under different browsers such at Netscape 4, Mozilla Firefox, Internet Explorer, Safari and Opera.
